Section 9: Copies of licences of categories I and II to be sent to certain authorities

A copy of every licence granted for arms or ammunition of categories I (a), I (b), I (c) I (d) and II shall forthwith be sent--

(a) to the District Magistrate of the place in which the arms or ammunition are to be kept, or 3

(b) to the State Government, if such place is in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
