x} Car parking/ porch covered with A.C. sheets or fibre glass roof shall be permitted in the front courtyard of the residential houses.

Note: -

1. The above provisions of Rule 10.9 & 10.10 shall be allowed subject to paym~nt of prevailing rates of composition fee as per. earlier notifications/orders and as amended from time to time by the' Chandigarh, Administration.
