Section 13: Penalty for contravention of directions, etc

The Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952Union territory Act of Chandigarh · Act 27 of 1952

Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 4 or section 6 shall, on conviction, be punishable wi h fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and to a further fine which may extend to twenty rupees for each day during which the offence is proved to havt continued after the first day.
