Section 16: Register to be maintained under section 11 of the Ad

The Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1988Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 1986

(l) Every occupier of an establishmen t shall maintain a reg iste r in respect of ch ild ren emp loyed or permitted to w or k, in Form A.

(2) The register shall be ma int ained on a yearly basis bu t sha ll be re tained by the employer for a period o f three years after the date of the last entry made therein.
