The non-official members and Chairman of the Committee shall be paid such fees and allowances as may be admissible to the officers of the Central Government d rawing a pay of rupees four thousa nd and five hundred or above.
6. Resignation.~(l ) A member may resign his office by \.....riting under his hand addressed to the Chairman.

(2) The Chairman ma y resign his office by writ ing under his hand ad d ressed to the Central Government.
(3) The res ignation referred to in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2) sha ll take effect from the d ate of its acceptance or on the expiry of thi rty days from the da te of receipt of such resign ation, whichever is ea rlier, by the Chairm an or the Central Government, as the case may be.
