(2) If default is made in sendj particulars with respect to any institution for Pe cuibed tion of poor children in accordance with the requirements of sub-section (1), the person in charge of the institution shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty rupees and to af.rther fine not exceeding ten rupees in re spect of each day during which the default continues after conviction. .
