Section 1: (i) Short title and commencement

These rules may be called the Challdigarlt Educ,il ion Service (School Cadre) (Group-C) ReclUitrnent Rules, 1991;

(ii) They shall come into force cn the date of their publication in the official gazette.

2. Application:

These rules shat!. apply to the'posts specified in Column 1 of the Schedule annexed to these I rl';,ies.
