I [During the subsistence of Hire-purchase period, a hirer shall remain the tenant of the Board and shall have no right except thosc under tenancy. He may, however, sub-let the premises under intimation to the Board and, in doing so, it shall be the liability ofthe hirer to ensure that none ofthe terms and conditions ofallotment/hire-purchase is violated.]
