Section 46: Lease Deed for Land Under Flats

(1) The land under and appur tenant to a property shall be allotted on lease-hold basis to the owners of the property on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board or as may be imposed on the Board by the transferrer (Government) from timeto time.

(2) A lease deed for the land specified in sub-regulation (i) shall be drawn up and executed in such form as may be prescribed by the Board.
