Section 9: Management of land and building

Illegally Acquired Property (Receipt, Management and Disposal) Rules, 1989Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 1985

The Administrator may authorise any officer referred to in section 68T of the Act to take possession of vacant land or building in respect of which

(i) an order of seizure of freezing of such land or building has been made under sub-section (1) of section 68F of the Act; or

(ii) an order for forfeiture of such land or building has been made under subsection (1) of section 80-1 of the Act.
