21. In section 43 ofthe principal Acl,-
(0) in the marginal heading, for the word "Penalty", the words "Penalty and Compensation" shall be substituted;
(6) in clause (a), after the words "computer network", the words "or computer resource" shall be inserted;
(c) after clause (h), the following clauses shall be insened, namely:- ''(I) dc:stroys, deletes or alters any information residing in a computer resource or diminishes its value or utility or affects it irYwiouslyby IVl)' means;
