Section 11: Construction of booths

(i) The work relating to construction of booths on the said sites will be carried out by the Chandigarh Housing Board on the terms and conditions as prescribed.

Booths on the ground floor shall be allotted to the eligible applicants under the scheme for the disabled persons and those on the upper floor shall be sold to the general public by way of auction/allotment.

(ii) If the license is given for a bare site, the construction of booth shall be completed by the licensee as per approved plan within a period of three months.
