The sites in the Model Milch Cattle Centre shall be developed by the Noda! Agency in accordance with the plan approved by the Urban Planning Department. The common infrastruc ture such as fodder stores, dormitories for attendants, veterinary dispensary, milk collection/chilling centre, bio-gas plant, area of washing of animals, drinking wa ter for cattle head and attendants, streets and lights etc. shall be provided by the Nodal Agency.
