(2) A person who has obtalned a llcence under rule 111 for forwardlng and dlstrlbuting the goods shalt exhibit his llcence at sone consplcuous place in the approwed premtses and the Itceoce shaII be made avallable for lnsPectlon by the secreta!y TranspoEt Authority or thc Dlstrlct Transport Ofticer.

(3) A persons lYho has obtalned a Ilcence tor collecting, torwarding and distrlbutlng soods shall calry with him hls Ucence while on duty and shau produce 1t on demaod for lospectlon by the Secretary, State Transport A\rthorlty or the Llcenslng and Reglstering Autholity and shatl also cause a true copy of -hts ltcen-ce to b; exhibtted at a plomlnent place tn the approved premises.
