Section 124: Particulars of the scheme.__The proposal reqarding a scheme formulated under section 99 shaU be ln the rorm of a memorandum and shall contatn the folLowlnq particula's

(t) name of the Sta!€ Transport Undcrtaktng' Iii) area or route proposed to be covered Lrnder the scheme alongwith the futl detaits of such area or route in the form ot an annexure appended thereto ;

(ill) purpose of the schene;

(iv) number of servlce Proposed to be oPerated ln such area o! on such route ;

(v) whether the scheme ts to the excluslon' complete' or partial of other persons or otherwise ; add

(vt) ln case of Partlal excluslon of other persons ;

(a) the extent of the same ln favour of the State Transport Urdertaklngs ; and

(b) rrode of grant of remalnlng servtces to be operated by other persons or otherwlse'
