(I) An appeal under section!5 sectlon 5? shall be preferred tn dupltcate tn the form of a (2)(dl_ me.tnorandum one copy of r'rhlch shall bear cash recelpt or treasury challan of rupees twenty settlng forth conclsely the grounds of objection of the order of the reglsterlng authority or the Board of Inspectlon, as the case may be and shall be accompanied by a certlfled copy of the order appealed agalnst.
(2) Hhen an appeal ls pl€fer.ed a notlce shall be lssued to the reglsterlng authorlty and ln the case of an appeal agalnst the order of the Board of InspecHon to the l,totor Vehlcles lDepector, ln such form as the appellate authorlty m.y direct and cause the relevant records to be sent.

(3) The appellate authorlty may after gtvlng an opportunlty to the party to be heard lnd after such further enquiry, tf arly. as lt may deem necessary conflrm. vary, or set aslde the'order of .eglsterlng authorlty or the Board of Inspection as the case may be, and sh6ll make and order accordlngly.
