(it ) Certificate of Scheduled Castes (in case the appltcation is made for grant of a permit aEainst reserved percentage);
{tti) affidavtt to the effect that the appltcant held at any ttme any temporary or regula! permit and, lf so, the details of Fermlts previously held along\,yith number of vehicles in the fleet and arranJements for their housing and repalr, individually or as a member of a Transport Society, a transport company or transport firm;

(2) A Permtt granted by the State Trasport Authority or any of the slgnatory states of the agreement leferred to 1.
.ub-sectlon (4) of sectloD 88 in terms of such a3reement shall be vatld wlthout couDtarslgnatues ln the State on all Natlonal and state highvrays specifted ln that agre€ment.
(3) The State Transport Authortty whtch tssues a permlt under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2) as the case may be shall send a copy of the permtt to his counter-part ot the other st.te or leglon ln whlch the permlt has to take effect.
