Section 6: Chairman of the Committee

(1) The Minister for Finance or Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance (in-charge of Department of Revenue) shall be the Chairman of the Committee.

(2) If the Chairman is, for any reason, unable to act, the Committee shall choose any other member to act as Chairman for that sitting.
