Section 26: Removal of ooubts

The Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 2014

If any doubt arises as to the interpreta tion of any of the provisons of these rules. the matter shall be referred to the Governor or such other authority, as may be specified by the Governor by a general or special order, and the Governor or such other authority shall decide the same.
