Be it enacted by the State Legislature of Punjab in the Fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. (J) This Act may be called the Punjab Land Short title, extent Revenue (Surcharge) Act, 1954. and jencement.

3. The Punjab Land Revenue (Surcharge) Ordi- Repeal and saving.
