Section 8: Suspension or cancellation and restoration of a licence

(1) The Petrol Taxation Officer may after giving the licencee an opportunity to be which may be prescribed as the conditions subject to which a licence is granted.

(2) A licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation for the suspension or cancellation of his licence under the foregoing subsection.

(3) A licence cancelled or suspended under this section may be restored by the Petrol Taxation Officer on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
