In this Act, unless the context otherwise requireg__ a) “Prescribed” means prescribed by ryleg m & under this Act ; ade (b “‘rearer” means a person engaged on oper. tions relating to rearing of silkworms ; (¢) “rearng” includes all operations from the incubation of silkworm eggs and brushing of silkworms to the harvesting of cocoong ; (@) “silkworm” includes mulberry silkworms, tussar silkworms, muga silkworms and erisilkworms ; and () “silkworm seed” means silkworms cocoons, moths, eggs, or young silkworms of whatever description intended {o be used for (he purposes of reproduction of rearing. g;fl'ralci?fl o 3. No person shall manufacture, store, transport, sell of silkorm sced. 0T other wise distribute silkworm seed except under and in accordance with the terms of a licence issued under this Act.
