Section 35: Other terms and conditions of service of the Chief Commissioner and Commissioner

Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 //sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 100Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 2016

(1) The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner shall be entitled to such leave as is admissible to a Government servant under the Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, 1972.

(2) The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner shall be entitled to such leave t ravel concession as is admissible to a Group “A” officer under the Central Civil Services (Leave Travel Concession)Rules, 1988.

(3) The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner shall be entitled to such medical benefits as is admissible to a Group “A” officer under the Central Government Health Scheme.
