Section 6: Procedure to be followed by Executive Magistrate

For the purposes of dealing with the complaints under section 7 of the Act, the Executive Magistrate shall follow the procedure provided in sections 133 to 143 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).

CHAPTER III NODAL OFFICER IN THE DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICE

7. There shall be a nodal officer in the District Education Office to deal with all matters relating to admission of children with disabilities and the facilities to be provided to them in schools in accordance with the provisions of sections 16 and 31 of the Act.
