(2) It shall e the dut)' orthe SL.1.te Govemment to establish adequate nllmber or Couns to ensur that cases under this Act are disposed of within a period of two months, as far a possible.
(3) In eve trial ill the Special Court or the Exclusive Special Court, the proceedings shal be continued from daY-la-day until all the \vilneSses in attendance have been eXilmi ed. unless the Special Court or the Exclusive Special COUlt finds the adjournment of 1 e same beyond the following day to be necessary for reasons to be recorded ill writi g:
