Section 4: Filing of Objections

Any person interested in filling any objection against these criteria for labeling Cosmetics as environment friendly may do so in writing to the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi within sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
