Section 15: Distinguish Mark

Before any Ballot paper is delivered to a voter at the Polling Station, it shall be marked in hand or with Rubber Stamp on top right corner on the back of Ballot Paper, with such distinguished mark as may be specified. Every Ballot paper shall be signed in full on its back at the foot by the Presiding officer:

15-A. Provided that the Presiding Officer shall enter electoral serial number in the counterfoil of each Ballot paper and obtain signature or thumb impression of Voters on it, before handing over Ballot Paper to Voter.
