The Presiding Officer shall allow the candidate or his Polling Agent to enter in the Polling Station, during the Polling except the Polling Compartment, provided that if a candidate wants to appoint a Polling Agent or change a Polling Agent for any reason he shall inform the Presiding Officer giving his name and complete address of the person in writing before the commencement of poll. All the Polling Agents shall obey the lawful directions of the Presiding Officer for the smooth conduct of Poll.
