Section 41: Election expenses

Section 227-Chd-Panchayat-Rules-1994Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 1994

The Election Commission may fix expenses to be incurred by a candidate for any office which may vary from office to office and may also specify the proforma in which the expenditure statement will be submitted by the candidate to the Commission within one month of the declaration of the result.
