Section 1: Short title and commencement

Section 37 of the Street Vendors-bye-lawUnion territory Regulations of Chandigarh · 2014

(a) These bye-laws shall be called The Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of .Street Vending) Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh Bye-laws-2018 for the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh.

(b) It shall come into force on such date, as notified in the official gazette, by the appropriate Government.
