The District Registering Authority shall not undertake any enquiry prior to the grant of provisional registration and shall within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of such application, grant to the applicant a certificate of provisional registration containing particulars and information as per SG-3 annexe either by post or electronically under Section 15, read with Section 17 of the Act.
