Section 26: Voting to be in pel'son and not by proxll

The voting shall be by ballot and every elector \'v'ishillg to record his vote shall do :iO in person andnol by proxy.

(a) Are YOl,l the person ~nrollcd as follows:- (Reading the whole enlry relating to the eleclor from the roll) ? .

(b) Have you already voled at the present election?

(c) Such other question as he may deem fit 01' necessary;

and the elector shall not be supplied with a ballot paper unless he '<tnswers the tirst question in Ihe allirmative and the second question in tilE' negalive or if he refuses to answer any other question put to I\im ill pursuan::e of this rull'.
