Section 4: Appeal

Chattisgarh Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2015Central Rules · 2014

(I) The appeal shall be filed before the Mayor or the President, as the case may be, accompanied by a copy of the order appealed from, in person and an acknowledgement shall be obtained in Form-2 appended to this rule.

(2) The appeal shall be disposed off within a period of thirty days from the date of its presentation. No appeal shall be disposed of unless the appellant has been given an opportunity of hearing.
