Section 10: Meetings of Trustee Committee

The Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 9 of 1982

(1) The Trustee Committee shal l meet at least once in three calendar months or more often i f found necessary to transact business under this Act or the rules made thereunder.

(2) Five members of the Trustee Committee shal l form the quorum for a meeting of the commit tee.

(3) The Chairman or in his absence, one of the Vice Chairman shal l preside over a meeting of the Trustee Committee.

(4) Any matter coming up before a meeting of the Trustee Committee shal l be decided by a majori ty of the members present and voting at the meeting and, in the case of an equal i ty of votes the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shal l preside over the meetings and shal l have a cast ing vote.
