Section 23: Protect ion of act ion taken in good faith

The Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 9 of 1982

(1) No suit , prosecution or other legal proceedings shal l l ie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceedings shal l l ie against the Trustee Committee or the Bar Counci l for any damage caused or l ikely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
