Section 25: Power to make rules

The Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 9 of 1982

(1) The Trustee Committee may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by noti ficat ion, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act :

Provided that before giving approval to the rules framed by the Trustee Committee, the State Government shal l consult the Bar Counci l .

(2) Al l rules made under this Act shal l be laid on the table of the Legislat ive Assembly.
