Section 8: Act of Trustee Committee not to be inval idated by vacancy, defect, etc

No act done or proceedings taken under this Act or the rules made thereunder by the Trustee Commit tee shal l be inval idated merely by reasons of-

(a) any vacancy or defect in the consti tut ion of the Trustee Committee; or

(b) any defect or i rregulari ty in the nomination of any person as a member thereof; or

(c) any defect or i rregulari ty in such act or proceeding not affect ing the merits of the case.
