After Section I of the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), the following shall be inserted, namely :- "I-A. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-- (a} "Schedule" means a Schedule appended to this Act.'' In Section 2 of the Principal Act, for the words "of Seven Thousand rupees per mensem" the words "as specified in the Schedule" shall be substituted. · Short title and commencement.
