The Madhya Pradesh Protect ion of Aboriginal Tribes (Interest in Trees) Act, 1956 (No. 11 of 1956) and rules made thereunder shal l stand repealed with effect from the commencement of this Act:

Provided that any act ion taken, not i f icat ion issued, report submitted or order passed under the repealed Act or Rules shal l be deemed to have been taken, issued, submitted or passed, as the case may be, under this Act.
