Section 1: Short title, extend and commencement

The Chhattisgarh Agriculture Cattle Preservation Act, 1959.State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 18 of 1959

(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 1959.

(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
