Be it enacted by the Chhauisgarh Legislature in the Fifiy-third year of the Rcpuhli,· of India as follows :- I.

(i) This Act may be called the "Chhattisgarh Anadhikrit Vikas Ka Niyarnitikaran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 32 of 2002)".
(ii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may. hy notifka1ion in the official Gazelle, appoint.
After(iv) of Sub-section (I) of Section 6 of Chhattisgarh Anadhikrit Vikas Ka Niyamitikaran Adhiniyam. 2002 (No. 21 of 2002) the following provision shall be inserted namely.- "Provided that the amount of penalty to be imposed shall no, be more than 509i pf such evaluation and the cost of development of such infrastructure."

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Short title, Anadhikrit .

(b) (i) if the unautho rized, development is done on the plot/site reserved - for the prescribed parking, then the regularua_tion will be - allowed only after. the prescribed additional penalty amount for lack of parking has been paid by the applicant.
