3. l The industrial unit which operates with a captive 'Power plant, has to submit self-declared certificates grid connectivity wise and attested by state load dispatch. center or by regional load dispatch center of PGCIL for the determination of date of commercial production.
3.2 The eligibility for exemption for industrial unit which operates with a captive Power plant shall be based on auxiliary consumption and unit consumed for Captive use as defined iri electricity rule 2005. Accordingly, for availing the exemption from payment of electricity duty on units generated in . captive power plants, the company · rriust submit details of conslimption every month separately with meter readings. · · ·

4.5 The eligibility for exemption from payment of electricity duty shall b.e deemed cancelled in case of violation of any condition stipulated in the certificate issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector or provisions of Industrial Policy 2014-19.
4.6 In case of cancellation of . eligibility for exemption above in paragraph 4.5, the industry will be required to submit the benefit ~l of an exemption from the payment of electricity duty with interest · o the state ·,treasury from such date on which the industry became ineligible.
