Section 7: Filling up of vacancies of Expert Member

Chhattisgarh Biological Diversity Rules, 2015State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 2003

(1) An Expert Member of the Board may resign from his office at any time by giving a notice in writing to the State Government and the seat of that member in the Board shall become vacant;

(2) An unexpected vacancy in the Board shall be filled up by a fresh appointment and the person appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office only for the remaining period of the member, 1n whose place he is nominated;
