After the expiry of one month from the date of the notification under rule 28 and after considering the objections, if any, received within the said period, the State _ Government may declare, by notification in the official gazette, the area specified in the notification under rule 28, or any part of such area, to be a prohibited area or, as the case may be, a regulated area for purposes of mining operation or construction or both.
