A claim for compensation under sub section ( l) of section 27 shall be made in form XI. It shall be submitted to the Director through the Collector of the District in which the property injuriously affected by the notification under section I 6 (I) is situated and where such property is situated in more than one districts, through the Collector of any of such djstricts.
