(2) The Council’ means the Madly. Pradesh State Dental Council constituted under section 31 : *
(3) ’The Executive Committee’ means the Executive Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 2;
(4; ‘Form’ means a Form appended to these rule* ;
(5; ’President’ means the President, elected under sub-section fh of section 25 ;
(6) Registrar means the Registrar, appointed under clause fa) of sub-section (I) of section 28; v *
(7) ‘Section’ means section of the Act ;

. (9) Register' means the Register of dentists, prepared and tained under the Act :
(10) ‘Returning Officer’ means the Returning Officer.
