Section 105: Renewal of l icenses

The l icensing authority may on appl ication being made to him in that behalf renew the cinema licence may the requisite period subject to Rule 103. An application for the renewal of a l icence shall be made in the manner laid down in Rule 100 but i t shall not be necessary to attach to the application for renewal the true copy of the "No objection cert if icate" and the true copy of the building permission unless specially required by the l icensing authority

Provided that in the case of the touring cinemas and of premises duly l i censed for use for cinematograph exhibit ion before the coming into force of these rules, a cert if icate of the nature referred to in sub -rule (3) of Rule 100 from the Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Officer, concerned in l ieu of such cert if icate from an authorised architect or a qualified engineer, may be attached.
