Section 107: Application for renewal to be made within one year

The Chhattisgarh Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1952

An application for the renewal of a cinema licence made more than one year after the date of the expiry of the previous l icence shall be treated as an application for a new licence and all the rules shall apply mutatis mutandis to this application as if i t were an application for a new licence.
