Section 11: Entrance and exit to be on public thoroughfare

The Chhattisgarh Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1952

Cinema shall have a road frontage on the public thoroughfare upon which the si te of such cinema abuts, and in such frontage there shall be suitable means of entrance and exit for the public.

In addit ion entrances and exits shall be reserved for the service in c ase of emergency opening on two separate and dist inct passages leading either to the said public thoroughfare or to other suitable thoroughfares and such passages shall not be less than 5 feet in width.
