Section 119: Access to Inspecting Officers

The Chhattisgarh Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1952

The l icensee shall give free access to the cinemas at al l hours to the officers mentioned below : —

(i) the l icensing authority or any officer nominated by i t for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the l icensing authority under the Act and the rules and for checking that the provisions of the Ac t and the rules are being complied with;

43 (i i) any police officer who is required by a general or special order of the l icensing authority or the District Superintendent of Police to attend the same; and (i i i) the Executive Engineer of the electrical Divisi on, the Deputy Engineer, the Electrical Supervisor, the Electrical Inspector, the Medical Officer of Health, for ascertaining that the provisions of these rules are being duly observed.
